Passiondrop Ai is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vibrant team. Based in the dynamic cities of Barcelona or Paris, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, helping to shape the future of our seed-funded SaaS start-up. As a Founding SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams. You’ll be working in a hybrid environment that allows for flexibility, and you’ll receive comprehensive training and support to excel in your role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, and communicate how Passiondrop Ai’s solutions can address those needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and organize a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine messaging, sales strategies, and campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continually refine and improve the sales approach.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from interactions with prospects to help improve products and services.
