Who we are

Trampoline is a European Talent Agency that specialises in connecting SaaS start-ups and scale-ups with emerging talent for Sales Development Representative roles. We are called Trampoline because we believe that the Sales Development Representative role is a launch pad into a commercial career for a candidate and pipeline for a company. 

Where we came from

Our Founder, Sophie Allen, is an Award Winning Recruiter and Sales Coach who has been connecting SaaS companies of all shapes and sizes with Sales Development Representative talent for the last 12-years.

Once you have landed in a business we will help with your onboarding and training to enable you to ramp as quickly as possible.

You will go through our LinkedIn, phone and video screening process that enables us to understand you and match you to the right company.

Interview coaching

You will become a sales pro throughout the interview process with our behaviours and best practise teachings that will impress potential employers.

Landing your role

You will recieve our guidance all the way to the job offer moment. We help you navigate contracts, negotiations and notice periods. We provide frameworks to help you make big decisions.

Making a fast start

Once you have landed in a role, it is time to start ramping. You will join our 6-week Let's Go To Market Academy that focuses on Cold Calling and Social Selling.
