We are hiring for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) position with a fast-growing software company backed by Y Combinator. This company provides an AI-powered communications platform that allows businesses to assign mobile numbers to employees through desktop and mobile apps. The platform includes advanced AI features that record and generate notes from customer conversations, saving time and serving as a powerful management tool.
The role is an opportunity to join a collaborative team of six SDRs and sales professionals with a strong culture of internal promotion. Many SDRs have advanced to Account Management and Account Executive roles within their first year.
The role offers a base salary of £35,000-£40,000, with additional earnings of £20,000 in commission and share options. Employees also enjoy perks such as a gym membership to the Third Space gym located in the office building.
The company operates out of a WeWork in Central London, with employees working three days a week from the office. Management takes a relaxed, trusting approach, empowering employees to manage their own schedules. The team culture is highly collaborative, with regular group sessions for learning and support.
