Who we are

Trampoline is a European Talent Agency that specialises in connecting SaaS start-ups and scale-ups with emerging talent for Sales Development Representative roles. 

Where we came from

Our Founder, Sophie Allen, is an Award Winning Recruiter and Sales Coach who has been connecting SaaS companies of all shapes and sizes with SDR talent for the last 12-years. At the beginning of 2024 she decided to take the leap herself and start her own company.
